Cultivating a Positive Mind through Mindful Leadership & Mediation
May 24 to June 1, 2026
Venue: Chiang Mai, Thailand
The Association, in collaboration with Ureka Global Innovation Hub, United Kingdom, is pleased to announce the 1st AUAP World Youth Development Forum and Awards 2026 (WYDF), to be held from May 24 to June 1, 2026, in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
This year’s forum will be organized under the theme:
“Sustainable Innovation & Global Leadership for the Future: Cultivating a Positive Mind through Mindful Leadership and Meditation.”
The event is co-hosted by Krempl Communications International (KCI), USA, the Master’s Institute Development Academy & Seminary (MIDAS) , Thailand, and Mind Base Education, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In an era characterized by rapid technological advancement, global uncertainty, and increasingly complex sustainability challenges, higher education must evolve beyond traditional models. There is a pressing need to embrace transformative education—a holistic approach that equips institutions and educators with the vision, tools, and strategies required to foster resilience, relevance, and global impact.
The overarching concept of “Transformative Education for a Resilient Future” highlights the pivotal role of universities in shaping future leaders, driving innovation, and advancing inclusive and sustainable development. The program is structured around four key pillars: Innovative Teaching, Research Excellence, Global Ranking Engagement and SDG Leadership Simulation.
Following the three-day intensive training program, participants will engage in a five-day immersive meditation training at Wat Ram Poeng (Tapotaram). This unique experience is designed to cultivate mindfulness, emotional balance, and self-awareness, enabling participants to integrate inner clarity with leadership effectiveness and personal growth.
Together, these components form a forward-looking and integrated framework that prepares universities not only to adapt to change, but to lead in a rapidly evolving global landscape. The program invites participants to envision and co-create a resilient future—one in which higher education is both responsive and transformative.
On behalf of the organizers, we cordially invite you to participate in this distinguished forum or to nominate administrators, faculty members, and administrative staff from your institution to attend the event.
