The Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP), in collaboration with TIME Higher Education, is proud to announce the upcoming "Global Sustainable Development Congress: Uniting higher education, governments, industry, and society for a sustainable future," scheduled for June 10-13, 2024, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. This congress serves as a pivotal gathering, bringing together 3,000 global thought leaders and innovators to address the pressing challenges of sustainability.  Breaking away from conventional wisdom, the congress aims to redefine the roles of higher education, governments, businesses, and society in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It serves as a clarion call for universities and businesses worldwide to realign their educational, research, innovation, and outreach initiatives towards tangible, impactful outcomes.
